June-14 2023Everything was just as described in the listing, we appreciated the ease of booking ,checking in and Nick was a wonderful host always ready to help us out .we moved into the Colorado Springs area and Nick ‘ s place was a great home away from home while we’re actually looking for our new home.. it was wonderful for our pets also, that is one reason we picked his place was he was very accommodating for our pets, the home has a nice size backyard ,good for cats or dogs.. The neighborhood is quiet and close to lots of shopping and great restaurants. The view is beautiful of the surrounding mountains..I would definitely rent from Nick again..Thank you Nick, for the use of your wonderful home and all your help and kindness during our stay and moving transition.

September-13 2023Our stay at 974 Cana Grove was great. Nick was very helpful, communicative and accommodating. The house had everything we needed (except a potato masher : ), plus plenty of basic expendables (coffee, oil and vinegar, dishwashing pods, etc.) to get us started. Truly, it was a great way to land in Colorado Springs.

Supplies: We’ll provide everything you need to get started with the essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, basic cooking oil and spices, Keurig pods, ground coffee, body wash shampoo/conditioner, and cleaning supplies. Long stays are encouraged to purchase additional items, if needed.
Cleaning: Rest assured, the home is thoroughly sanitized and cleaned between stays. If you'd like, we can arrange mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee. Our housekeeping team is awesome!
We love furry friends! Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you during your stay. However, please note there is an additional pet fee of $145 and they must be approved prior to arrival. Please message us before booking to inquire about your pets joining you during your stay.
The home is thoroughly and professionally cleaned between stays, but we occasionally host pets, so it may not be appropriate for guests with severe pet allergies.
There are two outside security cameras and a Ring doorbell for your safety.
The Ward Bell Tower is just on the other side of our backyard.
Please be advised that we have occasional lawn care services come out to maintain the lawn. Please expect the presence of our friendly lawn service team during your stay. Rest assured, we will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience caused during your stay.
The home is two levels, so it may not be a good fit for guests with mobility issues.
